It's easy to search for a financial advisor. But what if you don't want generic solutions to complex financial and business problems? Our firm was born out of a lineage of business owners and came into existence as a natural extension of a decade of close collaboration with entrepreneurs.
Our company was established with one goal in mind: serve people through exceptional planning and advising. We are proud to be quick-moving and boutique, and part of our DNA is ensuring we solve our clients' needs without the delays found at large firms. While we specialize in retirement strategies, tax reduction, and investment management, we partner with vetted, detail-obsessed CPAs and estate lawyers so that our clients receive cohesive expertise in any area of finance.
Our company is committed to helping our clients maximize their opportunities to save for retirement, reduce taxes and hold investment portfolios built upon principles of diversification, tax efficiency, and value.
We are a boutique firm, free from the interests of outside investors or lenders. We provide objective and unbiased advice and receive compensation through client fees only.
Michael is the Lead Planner and Founder of Tarascio Financial Planning, LLC. He advises on comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and workplace retirement plans.
Michael believes in the work his firm provides and is committed to helping families and entrepreneurs reach their financial goals.
Michael spent over a decade in corporate America working with families and small businesses at a large corporate bank, and is proud to say that his allegiance was always to the client first. Perhaps because of this approach he was lucky to receive numerous promotions and awards. Despite the glide path, he took a leap to pursue a passion, working with families and entrepreneurs in an unhindered, un-conflicted and grass roots effort.
He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife of 13 years, 3 children and German Shepherd. When not working, he's likely playing soccer with his kiddos, mountain biking or traveling our great Country. At various points as a youngster, he lived in Sicily with his extended family and learned to speak Italian as a teenager. He attended University of Oregon for undergraduate studies and Boston College for graduate work. The latter was his first experience at a Jesuit institution, and it shaped him deeply to be in service to others, thanks to the great work of B.C.’s Ignatian community.
